Arts/Crafts Booth Rental Information

RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Applicants must mail entry form and payment, payable to:
    Eden Chamber of Commerce
    P.O. Box 367
    Eden, TX 76837

2. Exhibitor will be responsible for his/her own tent, chairs, table, etc.

3. Exhibitor will be responsible for collecting and remitting Sales Tax to the State of Texas Comptroller Office.

4. Set-up time will be 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM, Saturday, September 25th, 2021.

5. NO REFUNDS – RAIN OR SHINE

6. No glass containers.

7. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SALE OF CERTAIN ITEMS: not limited to – no fireworks, no distasteful items (fake cigarettes, items with foul language or obscenities), and the illegal sale of products to minors.

8. ALL vehicles used for booth loading and unloading must be removed and taken to the designated parking areas by 9:30 AM.
