Comanche Spring Ranch
Comanche Spring Ranch straddles the northern rim of the hill country on the Edwards Plateau, 19 miles from the geodetic center of Texas and 8 miles southeast of Eden. Paleo-Americans first inhabited this area 13,000-18,000 years ago, but the ranch was named for its much later visitors, the fierce Comanche Indians, the supreme horse warriors, who camped in its pecan and live oak groves, hunted its game, and left arrowheads and artifacts near the old spring source on the ranch. Heart of the Lonestar Ranch
Heart of the Lonestar Ranch hunts are guided, fair chase, and incorporate 3 basic styles of hunting: Stalking, Blind hunting, and/or Safari Style. You can expect shots out to 200 yards. McMurtrey Whitetail Ranch
McMurtrey Whitetail Ranch is seven miles southwest of Eden, Texas. We offer guided one-on-one trophy management white-tailed deer a selected Axis Buck Hunting with (MLD) Texas Parks & Wildlife land deer program. Hunting starts around October 1st each year and runs to February. Free choice protein or corn all year round. All weather blinds will accommodate two persons comfortably. El Sueno Ranch
El Sueno Ranch is a 1,300 acre ranch in Concho County just east of Eden. Formerly known as the Carter Ranch, current owners Eldon and Landon Pyle have chosen to keep its heritage alive and well by maintaining a thriving cattle operation in addition to its hunting operation. Managed intensively through the Texas Parks and Wildlife Managed Lands Deer Permit Program, the entire 1,300 acres has been high-fenced and all deer are native. There are no genetics. Supplemental feeding is practiced during certain periods of the year; however, the deer are not fed on a year-round basis. Through population management, improving habitat quality and allowing deer to grow to an optimum mature age, production of quality white-tailed bucks are exceptional. Coleman Springs Ranch
Coleman Springs Ranch is a 950-acre high-fenced game ranch located in southeastern Menard County within 25 miles of Mason and Junction, and 17 miles from Menard. The ranch has been in a management program the last seven years with better than a 1-1 buck to doe ratio as well as abundant turkey and hogs. The are boxed hunting blinds designed for two adults with RV outlets and water available. There is also an RV available for hunters.
