Notice is hereby given that the City of Eden is now accepting bids for construction to repair the City of Eden Water Plant Building. All bids must be clearly marked “sealed bid for City of Eden Water Plant Building Repairs” and returned to City Office in person at 120 Paint Rock Street or by mail PO BOX 915 Eden, TX 7683. For further information or to schedule a consultation to review the project contact the city office at 325-869-2211 Monday- Friday 8am -5pm or email cityadmin@edentexas.com. Deadline for bids is March 21, 2024, at 4pm, as such time each bid shall be opened and read aloud. All bids shall be evaluated and awarded based on the Best Value criteria established by Texas State Statute 252.043b. In accordance with section 252.043f, the City of Eden reserves the right to reject any or all bids should no bid be determined in the best interest of the City.
